Chrysalis Notification Service is a multitenant, multimedia information delivery service that manages outbound notifications through its full featured campaign manager. Application-defined information may be sent using a variety of media such as phone, text message, email, and Twitter. Messages can be sent on a one-by-one basis, or broadcast to tens of thousands of recipients.

Utility Outage Mangement Demo

Try our automated Utility Outage Management demo. The scenario is this - you are an electrical utility customer calling to report a problem. It might be an electrical outage or a hazardous situation such as an electrical wire down or a leaning or broken pole. To identify you and determine your location, the application will ask you to speak your address.  In a live deployment, the system might be configured for hundreds of thousands of customer addresses. This demonstration is configured with a very small database of fictitious customers.  Please use one of the following addresses when calling the system:
